Minnie and Olivia are the fully automatic machines for the production of stuffed olives, stuffed with meat, fish, vegetables and other mixtures. Since the first model in 1990, MTS has been the only company in the world to produce these solutions, now evolved and improved in all their technical and functional aspects. These machines cut the olives that have already been pitted and place a predetermined quantity of product inside them and then close them. Moreover, thanks to innovative design solutions, they insert the filling at low pressure, thus maintaining the organoleptic characteristics and the grinding of the dough intact.
