Small-diameter hone 844

HONES WITH SMALL DIAMETERS GALVANIC HONING TOOLS The 844 or 804 hones are galvanic honing tools for through bores. They start from a diameter of 0.6 mm, which makes them the smallest micron by micron expandable through-bore honing tools in the world. Their expansion is 100 microns and they are manufactured every 0.1 mm, from 0.6 to 3.0 mm. These honing tools are used on the manual honing apparatus type 814 and are perfectly adapted and compatible with PEMAMO style machines. METAL HONING TOOLS The 846 hones are metal bond honing tools for through bores. They start from diameter 2.0 mm up to 3.0 mm and can be produced in hundredths of a millimetre increments. Their expansion is also 100 microns and they are used with the manual honing apparatus type 814. They are also perfectly adapted and compatible with PEMAMO style machines.
