The F Series Iris Diaphragm Valve has been specifically designed to gland around large diameter pipes. The flexible diaphragm is closed around the pipe creating an effective dust tight seal, with the same valve being able to satisfy several different pipe diameters. Construction Inner and outer bodies are manufactured from carbon steel Inner and outer body rings are supported on sealed for life roller bearings Drive mounting plate manufactured from carbon steel and able to accept a double acting pneumatic cylinder or an electric linear actuator For creating a gland seal around large diameter pipes For mounting on shot-blast cabinets to ensure no dust escapes to atmosphere when glanding on tubes Will create a seal around pipes up to 75% of the valve bore diameter Will handle a number of pipe diameters with the same valve
