The MTP 300 is the world's fastest intrinsically safe SIL2 temperature transmitter. The MTP 300 is designed for processes where safety and response speed are critical, such as LDPE/EVA production or gas turbine flame control. It can be used with all commercially available thermocouples. The MTP 300 is intrinsically safe and SIL2 certified. Self-diagnostics can detect broken wires, loose or shorted wires, for example. With a FIT of 4.7, it is one of the most reliable temperature transmitters on the market. With an intrinsically safe barrier as a supply, the MTP 300 can be installed in Ex protection zone 1.
