USE For refrigeration of cereals by means of the insufflation of cooled and dehumidified air. The rapid lowering of the cereal’s temperature of cereals stops the development of mould, toxins, microtoxins, aflatoxins, bacterial flora. It also stops the development of insects and remarkably reduces the metabolism of cereals. CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS Supporting structure in hot-galvanised steel, mounted on a carriage to allow easy movement of the machine to various points of use. Cowl in galvanised and painted steel sheet, with walking-type doors for easy inspections. Bitzer brand compressor. Condenser protected by a metal structure equipped with filters to avoid the gathering of dust on the condenser’s gills. PLC Siemens switchboard for total management of the machine. OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS The following parameters are managed by the control switchboard: • temperature • pressure • humidity • timing • electrical consumption The board is equipped with a touch screen on which the following can be displayed or set: • the reference parameters • the effective values of all the pressures, temperatures and humidity • the alarm signals • visual repetition of any anomalies on the outside of the refrigerator • resetting of alarms • debugging of anomalies
