By adopting a new system of beating with brush spinning instead of scraping with brush spinning, stabler deburring has been achieved. The various brush movements have made it possible to give the whole metal sheet an even-deburring effect and to remove burr with minimum scratches on the surface of surface treated steel sheet and stainless steel.
