The HVT 300-DX is a SIL2 certified voltage transmitter, to be used for voltages up to 1000V.
The HVT 300-DX has 2 freely configurable alarm relays and 2 SIL relays as well as an analog 4-20 mA output. It can be freely configured by software via USB. Numerous monitoring functions, such as cable break monitoring or a memory check, ensure error-free operation.
The HVT 300-DX is the only SIL2 signal converter on the market that can be operated up to 1000V. With the HVT 400-DX there is a variant up to 1500V.
Typically, the voltage transducer is used in applications where safety measures have to be executed safely, e.g. safe switching depending on a certain voltage threshold. This is e.g. the case in automotive test benches where door interlocking or touch protection is required at high powertrain voltages.
