The Allwinner T527M series of high-performance processors is a multi-core heterogeneous processor based on the octa-core Cortex-A55 + HiFi4 DSP + RISC-V. It offers optional support for AI 2 Tops NPU. It supports LPDDR4/LPDDR4x with a maximum of 4GB 32bits. It also supports video decoding for H.265 4K@60fps and H.264 4K@30fps, as well as video encoding for H.264 1080P@60fps, along with a rich set of multimedia interfaces.
