Description

Fabricate advanced fibrous materials combining solution and melt-electrospinning with industrial 3D printing Endless range of exciting applications for 2D and 3D ultrafine-fiber polymer composites with tunable porosity, controllable fiber thickness, high specific surface area, functional capacity and customed morphology. High precision control Electrospinning Web Control NovaSpider is a scientific tool for manufacturing 3D composites with polymers, applying a patented technology. It allows to create pre-designed structures of three different types: ultrathin oriented fibers, random nanofibers and solid objects. For this purpose, three techniques are applied: electrospinning, melt-electrospinnig and fused deposition modeling (FDM). The tool was developed by a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers at the vanguard nanoscience research center CIC nanoGUNE and is manufactured by the expert scientific equipment and industrial scaling producer Nadetech. Tactile Interface, web Access Safety lock Preloaded programs and récipes Real time graphs Remote monitoring Timelapse video generation
