Description

This rolling machine is three roll symmetrical rolling plate equipment. Mainly used for process in cold (S 245Mpa) within the sheet roll into all the cylinders with different diameters, widely used in boilers, chemical, mining, construction, shipbuilding and other machinery industry. A)This machine is a symmetrical bending plate machine. Through the lower pressure of the upper roller and the upper and lower rollers roll again each other, the roll forming of the cylindrical workpiece is finished. B)The realization of the upper roller lifting movement is that the auxiliary motor drives the worm and worm wheel mechanism under the left and right roller bearing seats to move through the auxiliary motor, so that the wire rotator fixed on the worm wheel can make the lifting screw move up and down. C)This machine is composed of two parts, the working part and the transmission part on the whole chassis of the welding. The working part consists of a left and right roller bearing seat, an upper roll, two lower rolls, a worm gear pair and some auxiliary parts. The lower roller is an active roller, and the upper roller can be adjusted along the height direction. The drive part is composed of the main motor, the main deceleration motor and other auxiliary parts. D)The transmission of the roller is realized by the main motor through the main reducer. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to the two lower roller through a set of gears. The transformation of the transmission direction of the roller is achieved by the commutation of the main motor. E)Unloading board device is used when the cylinder after winding, before disengaging the left bearing
