JC-CT02 Oil Filled Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor Introduction JC-CT02 oil filled piezoresistive pressure sensor encapsulates the diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip into the 316L stainless steel casing, and the applied pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and the inner sealed silicone oil. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium to form an all-solid structure of pressure measurement. Therefore, the product can be applied to various occasions. The oil filled pressure sensor has a small range medium compatibility of at least 7KPa, and the vacuum measurement range is comprehensive.
