Introduction： Model DQXZ Double Cabinet Washing Station can achieve rapid cleaning and drying of containers. It revolutionarily uses a track to transfer containers to be cleaned. Compared with the existing cleaning equipment, the cleaning of two or more containers can be achieved simultaneously in one cleaning cycle, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency. Working Principle： 1. The container to be cleaned can be placed on the automatic conveying track by AGV. 2. The conveying track automatically transports the container to be cleaned to the washing cabinet. 3. Tap water high pressure washing and purified water rinsing are automatically finished in the cleaning cabinet. 4. An optional high pressure purging system can be used to blow away the water droplets attached to the container before drying the container. 5. The conveying track automatically delivers clean containers out of the washing cabinet. 6. The clean containers are transported by AGV into a clean storage room for next production usage. Two bins can be washed and dried for each cycle. Features： ■ The full coverage washing of the container is achieved without dead corners through the relative movement between the container and the cleaning rack. ■ Small space for washing chamber effectively reduces overall system footprint. ■ After the container is washed, an optional high pressure purging system can be used to blow away the water droplets attached to the container before drying to ef fectively reduce energy consumption. ■ Containers are transferred by AGV. Containers are transferred, transported and cleaned using fully automatic control to achieve unmanned production.
