Application： This equipment is mainly used for automatic washing the inside of various bins and containers. The outer surfaces of the bins or containers are washed manually. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries. Working Principle： When operating, the washing cover is raised to the desired height automatically by a lifting system to connect with the bin or container. After that, start washing procedure to automatically wash the inside of the bin or container. Outer surfaces are washed manually. After washing， push the washed bin or container in a buffer room for drying. Features： This equipment has compact structure and is suitable for washing various bins and containers. Pump station increases the pressure of washing medium to make the washing ball rotate so as to wash the inside of the bin or container, and outer surfaces are washed manually by the operator with a high pressure water jet. Drying function can also be provided as option. It is space saving, easy to install and operate, and with low cost. The equipment is controlled with HMI and PLC, and process parameters can be recorded and printed as required.
