This equipment has been widely put into use at the customer's site, and successfully passes the cGMP validation. Working Principle： This equipment adopts airtight washing chamber. When operating, put the used drums on the bracket which can be flexibly designed for different sizes and shapes of drums, and then push the bracket with drums into the washing chamber. The pump station system then pumps the washing water into cleaning nozzles and spray ball to automatically wash the inside and outside of the drums. After washing, pull the bracket out and push it into the sterilizing cabinet for sterilizing. Features： ■ The inner and outer surfaces of sterile drum can be washed automatically in this equipment to achieve full coverage and at the same time to ensure cleaning effect. ■ Various sizes and quantities of drums can be washed according to different cleaning process requirements. ■ Special movable drum bracket is designed to ensure safe and easy operation.
