The turbo mill is a newly developed and commonly used machine in the world. It adopts turbo structure and has self cooling function to avoid heat generation. So it can grind heat-sensitive materials besides common materials. It has high efficiency with the fineness reaching 60 to 120 mesh.
It is widely used in such industries as pharmacy, chemical, dyestuff, paint, pesticide, food-stuff, sugar, salt, plant fibre (herbal medicine, hay, rhubarb etc), heat insulation material, carbon.
The machine is made of stainless steel and has good corrosion-proof capability, complying with GMP standards.The turbo rotates at high speed to create high airflow in the milling chamber. The materials are sucked into the chamber by the negative pressure. Then they are cut and ground between rotors and stators by the high speed air flow. The heat created during the operation is also blown out by the air flow. So there is no heat accumulation when working. Blow back filters are installed for exhaust air. The final products are discharged through the screen into the bin.
