Description

Cartoner is mainly used for toothpaste and pharmaceutical. It is designed with hot glue sealing or tucker type sealing systems. The control parts are of international famous brand and with Chinese/English touch screen, which is very convenient to operate. Working Principle 1. Products are sent to cabin conveyor 2. When checking products in cabin, opening structure with 2 working stations pulls cartoner from conveyor, open and put onto carton chain. 3. Pushing rod pushes products into cartoner. 4. Folding small lid, code stamping, fold big lid, then output from conveyor. It can carton products with many different sizes and its cartooning is tidy and clean, no wrinkle. 1) 3 one-way conveyers of driving cylinder can convey cartons continuously 2) On the left, there is a carton guarding board, to protect from inclining and running forward. 3) Electrical eye at the end can detect carton missing 1) - High strength plastic key plate 2) - Electrical eye to checking prod-ucts, no products, no opening. 3) - Guide rail of driving chain is made of HWPE material. 1) - Each pushing rod is driven by 2 shafts, and each shaft is positioned by linear bearing. 2) - Easy to removal push top. 3) - Way changing mechanism is driven by cylinder. 4) - Electrical eye to check carton.
