Working Principle 1- Products sent to the feed conveyor, then move forward by batch with the belt. 2- Products are pushed to the main pusher position with feeding pusher 3- Products are filmed with the pushing power of the main pusher 4- Products are horizontally sealed, left and right corner flapped, up and bottom corner flapped and heat-sealed 5- At last, the product is pushed out one by one at the end of the machine Features with specific design, this machine can wrap single product and multi products; Products can stand in a line or stack in several layers. Blade: Use customized silicone rubber strip for film pre-pressing device and equipped with serrated blade, which can guarantee the one-time cutting. Film feeding: Film feeding motor use servo motor to drive and use synchronous belt for transmission, which ensure the accuracy and sta-bility of film feeding. Surface of film roller use Teflon, which does not attach the film and easy to clean. Up folding plate and back pressing plate: Applied with four cylinders, finish up folding film by the séquence actions of the four cylinder; the back pressing plate is con-trolled by air cylinder with spring.
