Flow wrapping machine is used to wrap food, cosmetics, soaps, medicines, etc. Wrapping speed and bag length are adjustable. It can connect with the front equipment with 4 stage conveying feeder. Each sealing temperature is controlled independently, suitable for many wrapping materials. With HMI and PLC, it is easy to operate. Working Principle 1. Connected with the front machine, products can be conveyed to 4 stage feeder. 2. 4 stage feeder will convey products to the in feeding belt of the flow wrapper, and then move forward by forking. 3. Wrapping film is sent to bag former by film roller and products are sent by feeder to packaging film. 4. Wrapping film is formed to tubular after vertical sealing. 5. After horizontal sealing, products in tubular are cut one by one. 6. Wrapped products are exported by in/out conveyor. Features This machine can wrap many kinds of products, and its sealing is tidy and clean. After setting the bag length, electrical eye will track it, and no need to adjust it manually. With PLC and HMI, it is easy to operate and ail defaults are dis-played in touch screen. Automatically warning alarm If there is default in running, it will stop and alarm.
