Our second type of curing press was also designed with two working places for maximizing the efficiency during the curing process. Similar to our column type, the upper and lower pressure plates are operated by means of hydraulic cylinders in a closed welded frame. Appearing work forces are trapped in a bayonet closure integrated in the upper cross beam. A moving shaft and a moving bladder holder are the main components of the bladder mechanism where the distance between the clamping rings is controlled by tailored inserts depending on the size and type of used containers. The system for heating the plates, the containers and the bladders itself can be equipped with various media according to the preferred curing technology.
Automated loaders position the green tires inside the press while take-off conveyors remove the finished products from the press.
Our frame type curing press is available in three different sizes for maximized flexibility and adaptability to different tire dimensions.
