Description

The NASH P2620 liquid ring vacuum pump model allows efficient operation over the entire vacuum range without the need to change the pump's internals. With the largest capacity in our portfolio, ranging from 23,800 to 39,000 m3/h (14,000 to 21,800 ACFM), the P2620 is designed to operate in demanding environments such as paper, power, mining, and chemical process industries. Key characteristics: • Flexible installation • Split vacuum capability • Quiet operation • Demanding environments Split Vacuum Capability When a NASH P2620 vacuum pump is equipped with a center shroud, split vacuum operation up to 10 inHg (340 millibars) differential can be achieved. The advantage of this is significant, allowing usage of fewer vacuum pumps - which saves space and installation costs. Flexible Installation & Quiet Operation The unique inlet configuration allows for both top and side inlet arrangements to accommodate low headroom installations. Bottom and side discharge connections offer flexibility to address installation space constraints. Large inspection ports allow easy access to pump internals for inspection and maintenance. P2620 pumps are amazingly quiet during operation. Sound levels of 72 to 85 dB(A) (measured at a distance of 3.3 ft (1 meter) from the source) have been recorded for even the largest of the pump models.
