The ART-3D series is a line of transformer ratio testers manufactured by NDB Technologies Inc. It is suitable for use in measuring turn rations, phase displacements, excitation currents of single- and three-phase power, distribution, and instrument transformers. The series is designed to deliver accurate and reliable measurements. It offers an anti-induction testing mode, and a 3-phase voltage output up to 275V. Due to its voltage output, it provides a precise ratio, ratio error, phase angle shifts/deviation, and excitation current measurements for large power transformers like GSU's. The unit ensures fast connection and testing process, through the additional Tertiary/Auxiliary winding measurement channel. It has a fully automatic or manual LTC testing sequence, with a configurable remote control LTC for increasing or decreasing pulses.
