HV255.45i FORGING PRESS + INDUCTION FURNACE AND BAR CUTTING DEVICE Neotecman's advanced induction furnace technology integrates exclusive processes: automated loading, precise heating, and hot cutting of brass or aluminum bars for controlled feeding into the forging press. The bars are heated using a progressive multi-step Electric Induction Equipment tunnel, advancing via a chain-driven roller conveyor. The furnace area includes two independent induction coil units with adjustable rollers, ensuring controlled movement and preventing skidding. Pyrometers and sensors maintain accurate temperature control while synchronizing production steps with the forging press performance. If production rate changes, adjustments are gradual for optimal heating. Short bars are cut and discarded, while longer ones are stored for potential reuse after assessment. The water-cooling circuit prevents overheating and damage. The system's high-tech heating guarantees safety, precision, and efficiency. The furnace handles up to 1000kg/h of brass bars or equivalent alloys.
