The dilatometer DIL 402 Expedis®Supreme offer state-of-the-art dilatometer technology and are designed for a wide range of sophisticated applications. Maximum Flexibility with double furnace carrier for covering a broad temperature range. Utmost Versatility allows measuring both soft and hard samples without without any impairment of the properties. Revolutionary NanoEye system for perfect linearity and highest resolution over the complete measuring range. User-optimized design with broad force range, integrated mass-flow controllers and electrical thermostatting of the measuring cell for ease-of-use and maximum operation safety. DIL 402 Expedis®Supreme Glovebox Version For investigations with special care The glovebox version of the NETZSCH DIL 402 Expedis®Supreme offers the opportunity to analyze oxygen- or moisture-sensitive materials in a protected atmosphere. The glovebox version is also your first choice for characterizing samples whose properties the user must be protected from. The stainless steel housing prevents plastic parts from interacting with the samples or the environment. For measurements up to 1650°C (furnace temperature) in an Ag atmosphere, we offer a rhodium furnace specially designed for this task. NanoEye - A New Dimension in Measuring Range and Accuracy A drive applies a controlled force and adjusts the push rod in line with the variable sample length. The elastic force sensor records the contact force. An optical encoder measures the initial length of the sample and the associated change in length.
