Description

For hygienic applications and optimal cleaning with a maintenance-free flexible rod, the NEMO® SH Plus hygienic pump is utilized across the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical/biochemical industries. It ensures continuous, pressure-stable, gentle, and low-pulsation conveyance, along with dosing proportional to speed. The design featuring a bearing housing and free shaft end allows for the universal use of all types of drives. This progressing cavity pump is particularly suitable for shear-sensitive, low to highly viscous, lubricating, non-lubricating, solid-laden, solids-free, thixotropic, dilatant, abrasive, or adhesive media. The hygienic design of its components and machinery, as well as the cleanability of system parts (CIP and SIP capable), adhere to a multitude of regulations. The NEMO® SH Plus hygienic pump complies with numerous hygiene guidelines. NEMO® pumps are designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and EU-VO 1935/2004 (EU regulation on food contact materials). Additionally, NEMO® hygienic and aseptic progressing cavity pumps meet the regulations of the 3-A Sanitary Standard of the USA and hold GOST-R certification (certificate of conformity for Russia).
