Description

With the oil-free TORNADO® T.Sano® featuring a smooth surface, you can pump even the most demanding media while adhering to the strictest hygiene regulations. Its gentle product handling and pulsation-free pumping make it particularly suitable for the food and beverage industry. In comparison to the standard version, the T.Sano® smooth variant boasts a completely smooth housing, minimizing the accumulation of dirt or dust. This is achieved through its compact and space-saving design, which eliminates any corners, edges, or dead spaces. Another significant advantage of the T.Sano® is its CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) capability, allowing for system cleaning without prior dismantling in a circular or continuous process. With its cleanable pump chamber and optimized outer contours, the rotary lobe pump complies with the 3A standard. Additionally, depending on the elastomer and mechanical seal materials in contact with the medium and the corresponding flange sizes, the T.Sano® is EHEDG-certified. Furthermore, you can not only clean the T.Sano® without prior dismantling but also carry out full servicing: The tried-and-tested FSIP® concept (Full Service In Place) enables this. Particularly in wear-intensive applications, where increased service and maintenance are expected, this saves significant resources and costs. The ability to open the entire front provides quick and easy access to the pump chamber, right up to the flange connection.
