The AMCR is a single-channel reversible cylindrical plug switch. The ball is rotated by a double-acting pneumatic actuator, equipped with a solenoid valve and two position contacts (inductive or mechanical). The pilots and contacts are connected in EExe terminal boxes.
The use of special profile seals allows them to be used in pressurised circuits (AMC.E) with a leakage rate of less than 1Nl/min.
CDMA switches can operate in circuits with a pressure of between 0.5 and 3.5 bar and a temperature range of -10° to +80°C. They do not require any special support due to their compactness and low weight. The position can be changed without stopping the air source.
Motor air pressure: minimum 5.5 bar
The AMCR switch consists of a cast aluminium body and flanges and a stainless steel rotor.
