The AIRLOCK PRESSURE CONTROLLER is a differential pressure measurement device. - The measurement is read from a three-digit LED-type display ; - The pressure is compared to an alarm threshold value. If the pressure is below the threshold value, the alarm is triggered. The alarm status is indicated by LEDs on the front panel and transmitted by a relay ; - The casing is equipped with a siren/strobe light which is activated when the alarm is triggered ; - The alarm threshold value can be adjusted by the user by means of the buttons and the display on the front of the casing ; - Access to the alarm threshold value is authorized following correct entry of a protection code ; - This device is designed for installation in nuclear power plants. Alarm operation : If the measured differential pressure remains below the set alarm threshold value for more than 10 seconds, the alarm will be triggered. If the measured differential pressure then rises above the set alarm threshold value for more than 10 seconds, the alarm will be cancelled.
