The AD Series of granulators is generally utilized for applications that involve processing edge and middle trims, whenever operating on high-speed manufacturing lines. Models of the systems may also be used on flat and brown films, foamed films, paper, fleece, coating systems, and more. They are integrated with suction nozzles (NEUE HERBOLD), and material transport blowers that are utilized as dual-purpose machines (material discharge devices, and suction mechanism). Models of the AD Series feature automatic modification of the production lines, double scissors cross cutting functions on the rotors and bed knives, and reduced operating noise levels, at sound rates of lower than 85 dB(A). They showcase more comprehensive levels of solid material bulks, and in-feed characteristics that minimize material trim breakage occurrences.
