Neuenhauser offers a high-quality stationary solution for careful crushing of compost, plasterboard, garden wastes, green waste and organic waste with its slow-running screw mill. The Neuenhauser screw mill, a high-performance roll crusher, works reliably, efficiently and with low noise. The system's core is made up of three slow-running rolls: Two working and free rollers are placed on top to collect the material and pre-crush it. The cutting roller below works against adjustable housing-stable turning knives to crush the material to a defined grain size. In this effective crushing technique, the material is not beaten or crushed, but chopped and defibrated. The material is removed in free fall. The Neuenhauser screw mill, which is available in different models, is the result of continuous exchange with our customers, solution-oriented thinking and working approaches, as well as great practical experience. Protection from damage is essential for us. The mill will stop on its own when faults occur, before all rolls run in the opposite direction to return the material to be ground to the hopper along with the irritants.
