Plastics and fibrous materials can be shredded by the MicroCutter, which combines strength and dexterity. Especially designed as an energy-efficient and low-noise cutting mill, the fine shredder features a whole range of advantages that make it particularly special. These are mainly due to the heart of the machine, its state-of-the-art shredding unit.
A look into the heart of the MicroCutter reveals its talents. The shredding unit consists of the rotor equipped with knives and the stator that is fixed in the housing. Both the rotor and the stator blades are equipped with the V-CUT-SYSTEM and are arranged at a double angle to each other. When the entire working width is fully used, the V-CUT-SYSTEM ensures an exact cut. The cutting gap between rotor and stator can be adjusted as required in just a few simple steps.
The final grain size of the output material is achieved using the easy-to-change screen basket of the fine shredder with a variety of different hole sizes. The housing is lined with exchangeable, highly wear-resistant metal sheets.
Two optionally available screw conveyors situated in the feed hopper ensure an uniform and controlled material supply into the shredding chamber.
