The high-capacity cleaning machine PSM provides an optimum screening effect for a wide range of impurities. Due to the rotational movement of the screening unit, high capacities are achieved with low space requirements. The screen frame consists of a sturdy steel construction with vibration-free suspension of the screen box. Thus, smooth operation is guaranteed. The screen box is closed completely dust-tight and is equipped with dust-tight bellows at the inlets and outlets. The drawer-type screen design ensures rapid screen change. The drive unit, consisting of V-belt drive and centrifugal weights, is mounted under the screen box. It generates horizontal circular vibrations which are continuously adjustable up to an amplitude of 30 mm. The two screen decks for coarse and fine screening are equipped with an automatic self-cleaning system. In the downstream air classifier, dust and light particles are reliably separated from the product. The screening machines of the PSM series achieve throughputs of up to 60 t/h.
