The bag emptying machine type SEM ensures fully automatic emptying of coffee bags made of jute, sisal and plastic as well as the separate discharge of the empty bags for disposal or downstream bale pressing. First of all, the bags are opened by a cutting device, then the green coffee is separated from the packing in a separation drum. NEUHAUS NEOTEC offers complete systems for the automated unloading of green coffee bags from trailers or from pallets with tilting platforms and wide belt conveyor system for the separation and alignment of the bags. The bag emptying machine is an integral part of this system.
