Specially designed valve controls are integrated into Neuson Hydrotec servo-axis cylinders or fl ange-mounted to the hydraulic cylinder as a valve block. Neuson servo-axis cylinders are part of our engineering showpiece as the leader in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing technology. With a fast response of up to 50 Hz, these cylinders work with precision to within hundredths of a millimetre with the aid of specific cylinder block solutions and control, servo or proportional valve technology. Complete with piping and fi tted with integrated position sensing system, they are perfectly integrated into the plant or work process and provide an extremely fast response. Low-friction Glyd ring seals are used, which ideally complement the piston rod materials that are used for the specifi capplication. Only honed cylinder barrels for reduced internal friction serve to counteract stick-slip effects and ensure a long service life for the cylinder.
