Description

This product series includes a 2-stage power bifurcation and a 3-stage parallel transmission + power bifurcation configuration. NGC has developed and designed this new type of low-speed, heavy-load gearbox based on a summary of the experiences and shortcomings of large mill gearboxes used throughout the world. It features a small footprint, light weight, smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life. The product series is standardized and serialized, for easy installation, maintenance, and repair, with minimal spare parts inventory required. Features: Reasonably distributed torque range for economy and applicability; Unique gear modification technology for improved meshing performance, providing smoother transmission and lower noise; Hard tooth surface design meets the high standards of ISO, AGMA, and DIN; External components are simple and reliable, easy to operate and maintain on site. Main Technical Parameters: Output speed range: 13.6–20.6 Main Fields of Application: Used for crushing and grinding materials such as ore, coal, or cement clinker in a variety of industries, including building materials, coal production, and mining.
