Gearboxes for Extruder & Calender
Brief Introduction
NGC’s extruder & calender utilizes the integrated motor and gearbox design: the drive motor at the upper side of the gearbox, power transmitts to the gearbox through a belt. The speed is regulated via diameter of the belt wheels.
Four gearboxes are respectively driven by the motor. The two-stage parallel axis gears are driven by the bevel gears that veduces the speed and changes the direction, and then the rotator shafts are driven by the hollow output shafts. The gearbox is characterized by compact design, optimal size, flexible connection and is easy to install.
