Developed on the MHB platform in response to domestic and international market demands, this series of hard tooth surface reducers inherits NGC's modular design philosophy. It addresses the shortcomings of traditional gearboxes, such as being overly large, heavy, and prone to oil leakage. Under the same power transmission conditions, the weight of these products is reduced by 25% to 30% compared to traditional gearboxes, leading to more optimized equipment design and significantly lowering costs for both manufacturers and users. Features: Based on a standard platform, combining modular and special designs for greater economy and versatility; Reasonably distributed torque range for cost-effectiveness; Optimized tooth profile and lead modifications ensure more uniform load distribution and higher load-carrying capacity; Equipped with multiple output modes to suit various applications; A selection of accessories is available to meet different requirements at a high cost-performance ratio.
