Description

PP (Polypropylene) is applied for the body material to adapt to clean environment. Easy to check sanitary condition. Clear (semitransparent) color used for the resin body makes it possible to check visually the fluid (liquid) inside. All parts are oil-free specification, which responds to a wide variety of request in various industries. Metal parts are made of SUS304 and EPDM is used for seal material. It is compatible with special specifications. HNBR is used for seal material. FKM/HNBR specification is also available as option. Two types of package are available. Standard package and Clean-room package that items are washed by clean air, then packed in ISO class 6 equivalent cleanroom are available. The screw specification can be chosen from Sealock treatment and no-Sealock treatment depending on applications. Depending on customer's request, Sealock treat or Seal tape specification is available. Achieved downsizing by renewed design. Sealing rubber material: HNBR is newly added.
