Description

Realizes followability to work-piece and posture stabilization during conveyance. Suitable for bag-like articles. Soft material is used for lip part, and hard material is used for bellows part. Two selections of rubber hardness for lip part. Soft material (lip color:blue) is for packaging bag which is made of thick vinyl or sheet. Extra soft material (lip color:pink) is for deformable packaging bag. Two selections of oversuction preventing adapter. ・Plane type is for hard packaging material (Pouch package, etc.). ・Spherical type is for soft packaging material (Shirataki bag, etc.). Oversuction preventing adapter with stainless mesh is also prepared. ・Prevent the suction of foreign substances and avoid the troubles of vacuum system. ・Filtering accuracy:100μm (Reference value) Two selections for bellows layer:3 and 5. ・Compared to 5 bellows type, 3 bellows type is shorter by approx. 25.3% in height. ・3 bellows type contributes the posture stability of a work-piece in high-speed conveyance. ・5 bellows type is suitable for liquid packaging which easily deforms. For work-piece contacting parts, Food Safe Act. (Japan) complied and FDA equivalent materials(*) are used. *This product is not FDA certificated.
