Nikka Densok's Pinhole Inspector HDB-II series inspects glass vials and ampoules. Inspecting products with Nikka Densok's original high voltage method to detect up to 0.1μm hole to prevent products from the secondary contamination. 1 μS/cm conductivity products such as WFI, glucose, and amino acid can be inspected. Non-destructive method of inspection is suitable for inspecting vaccines and live virus products. In-line and automatically feeding system is capable of inspecting up to 24,000 units per hour for the smaller diameter. Comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 1.
