The SLD series is a newly developed machine for comprehensive entire body leak inspection of pre-filled syringes. A unique horizontal transportation system allows high speeds up to 600pcs/min. The stopper part of the syringe inspected using a rotary electrode needle mechanism. There are various optional design choices such as big leak sensors, infeed and discharge product handling methods and number of inspection channels etc.
