Description

Using a built-in, photoelectric, digital linear scale measuring system, contact-based thickness, depth and height measurement is possible using Nikon's DIGIMICRO Series. Three models offer various levels of measurement accuracy over three different lengths. Extreme Precision, Guaranteed Accuracy. Display values from 1µm to 0.01µm. Three digital heads – MF-1001:100mm travel, MK-501:50mm travel and MH-12M:15mm travel, with two counters – MFC-200: 0.1µm minimum readable value and accuracy of 3µm and TC-200: 0.01µm minimum readable value and accuracy of 1µm (0.7µm for the MH-15M). Accuracy figures are at 20°C. Nikon DIGIMICRO Series Three plunger models and readout units offer various accuracies over the three lengths. The modular accessory range supports special applications. The MH-15M Digital Head Unit At 20°C, the MH-15M and TC-200 counter have a 0-15mm measuring range and a 0.01µm minimum readable value at an accuracy of 0.7µm. The MF-1001 Digital Head Unit At 20°C, the MF-1001 and MFC-200 (TC-200) counters have a 0-100mm measuring range and a 0.1µm (0.01µm) minimum readable value at an accuracy of 3µm. The MF-501 Digital Head Unit At 20°C, the MF-501 and MFC-200 (TC-200) counters have a 0-50mm measuring range and a 0.1µm (0.01µm) minimum readable value at an accuracy of 1µm.
