SPINDLE CASE WITH BOTH ACCURACY AND RIGIDITY
Single spindle design, adopt double row cylindrical roller bearings as the front bearing , one pair of angular contact bearings as the hinder bearing,which can ensure the stiffness while heavy cutting and also the spindle accuracy.
REASONABLE FEEDING SYSTEM
Vertical and horizontal feeding is linked with the ball screw through flexible couple- link,resulting a better accuracy and transfer motion.The ball screw is mounted with one end fixed and the other braced. In this way, the axial interval can be eliminated and the screw rod can stretch freely to avoid the screw rod prolong and bend down, and ensure the positioning accuracy and system rigidity.

AGILE AND RELIABLE TAILSTOCK LOCKING DEVICE
The tailstock bears quick -lock and screw-lock devices.The tailstock can be quickly locked while low- speed cutting, and add the screw lock while heavy duty cutting to ensure the tailstock never be drawn back.
