THREE- POINT-SUPPORTING SPINDLE
The spindle is supported by three points. The front bearing are double row cylindrical roller bearings, and the hinder bearing are one pair of angular contact bearings.The assisted supporting in the middle part can enhance the spindle stiffness.
EXTERNAL CIRCULATION OF SPINDLE CASE LUBRICATING
Spindle case has the design of external oil cooling system ,which ensures the reliability of spindle bearings’ lubricating and reduce the spindle’s temperature rise and prolong the spindle life.
HIGH EFFICIENCY
Adopt the frequency conversion servo motor with big torque as the spindle motor, spindle speed can be adjusted through the three -step gear case, it has stepless speed change in the gear .Heavy duty cutting ,especially the low-speed cutting can earn better performance.
FLEXIBLE AND RELIABLE CLAMPING MODE
D8 spindle nose structure can ensure the reliable chuck mounting .Hydraulic chuck and also the auto feeder can be installed.
AGILE AND RELIABLE TAILSTOCK LOCKING DEVICE
The tailstock bears quick -lock and screw-lock devices.The tailstock can be quickly locked while low- speed cutting, and add the screw lock while heavy duty cutting to ensure the tailstock never be drawn back.
