VMC850 vertical machine center adopts vertical frame structure, the column is fixed on the bed body, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slide seat moves vertically along the bed body (Y direction), and the table moves laterally along the slide seat (X direction).
The bed, table, slide seat, column, spindle box and other structural parts are made of high strength cast iron materials, resin sand molding process, and two vibration aging treatment to eliminate stress. The structure of the machine is optimized by computer, which greatly improves the rigidity and stability of the machine, and can effectively restrain the deformation and vibration of the machine caused by cutting force.
Three-axis Taiwan screw, can realize fast movement and accurate positioning. The three-axis servo motor is directly connected with high-precision ball screw by elastic coupling to reduce the intermediate links and realize the non-clearance transmission with flexible feeding, accurate positioning and high transmission accuracy. The Z-axis servo motor is equipped with a power failure brake function. In the case of power failure, it can automatically brake and hold the motor shaft tightly, making it unable to rotate, thus playing a role of safety protection.
