Design concept:
1. The machine is controlled by the man-machine interface + PLC programming controller with a high degree of automation.
2. Used for the welding of hot-rolled ribbed, cold-rolled ribbed, hot-rolled plain round bar, cold-rolled plain round bar and other materials with a wide application.
3. Adopt one or multiple welding with a high flexibility according to the user’s electric capacity.
4. The machine unit is designed as detachable construction for the convenience of specification adjustment and maintenance.
5. The welding system including transformer, top and bottom electrode adopts the forced water cooling, set with flow protection device, and the machine unit can be operated reliably and continuously.
6. The pressure of welding pneumatic system is steplessly adjustable with fast response to the change of steel bar specification.
7. The welding pressure is uniform to ensure the quality of all welding spots.
8. The main bar is adjusted to be straightened by the disc material through the straightening mechanism with no need to additionally equip the straightening equipment.
9. When the mesh panel is dragged, the unique lifting mechanism lifts off the electrode to guarantee the service life of electrode and reduce the operation cost.
10. The blanking device of cross bar utilizes the stepping motor for the automatic separation of material to lessen the labor intensity and improve the efficiency.
11. The imported digital servo motor system ensures the accuracy of mesh size.
12. The longitudinal dimension of mesh can be changed by touch iinput to meet the needs of the change of various specifications of engineering mesh.
