Mini series gearless traction machines are applicable to both machine room and machine-roomless applications. This type of traction machine has low vibration and low noise level, and can match well with various frequency converters. This type of traction machine can be used in home elevators and villa elevators. Mini2 is a medium and high speed traction machine with large capacity. It operates in single wrap form, and is applicable to the installation of high-rise of elevators with machine room , and has passed CSA certification. This series of gearless traction machines has unique external rotor construction so that the forces are applied to the machine reasonably. Excellent magnetic field design allows the machine to operate steadily with low noises and temperature rise. It is provided with block brake, which has high braking torque and low closing noises. Traction sheave is available in two pitch diameters 410mm and 480mm, and the encoder can be installed in various manners to meet different demands of customers.
