Our sampling system uses ejector suction (maintenance free). The sample aspirated by each analytical line is monitored in terms of flow rate and vacuum, in order to report any anomaly that could distort the analysis (leaks, clogging of the filters, interruption of the compressed air supply...). Sampling at a known volume is able to guarantee, compared to traditional continuous capillary systems, greater analytical stability over time and a lower maintenance frequency. The EX Proof ducted exhaust gas detector used in our analyzer was designed for unattended industrial applications and retains all the analytical capabilities found in a laboratory gas chromatograph. It is capable of reading concentrations of organic compounds down to ppb. Complies with the requirements of EN 1539.
