Description

Portable TOC FID analyzer for emissions in stacks and flows. • Software-controlled FID detectors and automatic pressure regulators. • Industrial PC integrated with Windows® OS. • Touch screen display. • kit for methane analysis with catalytic system. • Case with IP42 protection. The industrial PC housed in the analyzer, in addition to monitoring and controlling detectors, thermoregulations and every single operating phase, performs the task of data acquisition, saving the analyzes in Excel® compatible format. The advanced software guides and supports the user. Every anomaly is recorded. We use a sampling valve without any moving mechanical parts, capable of guaranteeing greater stability of the results over time and less maintenance compared to traditional continuous flow systems. Methane analysis is performed via a catalytic converter integrated into the instrument's analysis chamber, avoiding bulky and expensive accessories. The catalyst is automatically excluded if the maximum analyzable concentration is exceeded to avoid overheating. There is a hot suction pump to prevent any kind of condensation in the sample. The analyzer also has sensors for monitoring the vacuum in the sample gas lines. The analyzers are built according to the following standards: • EN 12619 and EN 15267-4 - for the analysis of VOCs. • EN 25140 - for the analysis of methane. • EN 14181 - QAL 1.
