The Deoxy Nitrogen Purification Unit consists of two main stages: 1. PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption): In this stage, air is passed through an adsorbent material called zeolite under high pressure. Zeolite selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules, allowing nitrogen molecules to pass through. As a result of this process, nitrogen gas with 99.5% purity is obtained. 2. Hydrogen Catalyzed Deoxidation: In this stage, nitrogen gas with 99.5% purity is mixed with hydrogen gas and sent to a reactor. In the reactor, with the help of a catalyst, hydrogen and oxygen molecules are converted into water molecules. As a result of this process, the oxygen amount is reduced to 1 ppm, obtaining ultra-high purity nitrogen gas (Deoxy Nitrogen).
