With this system, nitrogen gas with much higher purity such as 99.9999% (6.0) N2 (1 ppm O2) can be obtained, and much more economical nitrogen gas can be produced compared to standard PSA nitrogen production. The deoxy device increases the purity of the existing nitrogen gas by mixing nitrogen gas with 99.9% purity from the nitrogen generator with a certain amount of hydrogen gas.

How Does the Deoxy Nitrogen Purification Unit Work?
The Deoxy Nitrogen Purification Unit consists of two main stages:
1. PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption):
In this stage, air is passed through an adsorbent material called zeolite under high pressure.
Zeolite selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules, allowing nitrogen molecules to pass through.
As a result of this process, nitrogen gas with 99.5% purity is obtained.
2. Hydrogen Catalyzed Deoxidation:
In this stage, nitrogen gas with 99.5% purity is mixed with hydrogen gas and sent to a reactor.
In the reactor, with the help of a catalyst, hydrogen and oxygen molecules are converted into water molecules.
As a result of this process, the oxygen amount is reduced to 1 ppm, obtaining ultra-high purity nitrogen gas (Deoxy Nitrogen).
