The Super HSP Cupla, which is manufactured by Nitto, is a high pressure, quick connect coupling which can be connected effortlessly even with residual pressure in the plug side hydraulic line. The unit is suitable to use in repeated connection of pressurized hydraulic lines as it minimizes occurrences of pressure lose which makes it also suitable in hydraulic applications that require an adequate fluid flow. The body of the coupling is made of steel which makes it resistant to impact and frequent impulses. The plug and the socket are integrated with mechanical shut-off valves which avoids fluid spill out upon disconnection. It has a working pressure of up to 206 bars.
